Some higher-level courses have specific charter and point requirements that must be met for eligibility. Accumulating points through various sailing activities not only helps you fulfill these prerequisites but also accelerates your path to mastering advanced sailing skills

Basic Keelboat 1: NONE
Basic Keelboat 2: NONE
Basic Coastal Cruising: NONE
Sportboat Certification: 2 bareboat charters + 10 points
High Wind Endorsement: 2 bareboat charters + 10 points
Intermediate Coastal Cruising: 2 bareboat charters + 10 points
You can accumulate points in several ways, with each activity earning a different # of points
Here are some of the activities you can get points from:
Bareboat Charters - 5 Points
Private Lesson - 3 points
Crewing on Member Charter - 3 Points
Attending a Club Sail - 2 Points
NOTE: Each student is responsible for keeping their logbook updated! If your logbook is improperly filled out or not filled out at all you risk certain events NOT counting towards your requirements
